Meet the Doctors

Dr. Nirman Tulsyan is a board-certified vascular surgeon. He was born in New York and grew up in New Jersey.  He graduated Valedictorian of his class from Stevens Institute of Technology then attended medical school at the University of Medicine & Dentistry New Jersey. He subsequently completed a General Surgery residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital and a Research & Vascular Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has been providing care to the residents of northern New Jersey for the last fifteen years. He recently opened Heritage Veins & Aesthetics in order to offer state of the art vascular and aesthetic services in the Journal Square area of Jersey City.  His focus on advanced minimally invasive vein treatment and medical aesthetics, all provided in a comfortable outpatient setting has attracted patients from New York and cities throughout Northern New Jersey to his facility. He strives to provide patients with access to the latest treatments and technology in a comfortable spa-like setting. Dr. Tulsyan serves as our Medical Director and oversees our team of providers.  His goal is to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care and has a pleasant patient experience.

Dr. Archna Parmar is a caring and diligent internist serving the community of Central Jersey. Dr. Parmar attended Rowan University, where she received her osteopathic degree, and completed her residency in internal medicine at Drexel University, Saint Peter’s University Hospital. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. She also completed an MBA in healthcare administration. Dr. Parmar is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English and familiar with Gujarati and Spanish. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, wellness and aesthetics. She has been certified in Botox and fillers from AMET(Aesthetic Medical Educators Training).

Dr. Jennifer Knox is certified by the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine with advanced training in Botox and dermal filler injections, laser and light therapy techniques, chemical peels, and various other aesthetic procedures. Born and raised in Virginia, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Biology & Psychology. Dr. Knox received her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and then began her career training in general surgery with the Army. After serving twelve years as an active-duty physician in Hawaii and Europe, she completed a Burn Surgery Fellowship at New York Medical College. She has extensive experience performing surgical procedures on skin and soft tissue all over the body. She recognizes that each patient is an individual with their own unique perception of beauty and strives to help each patient reach their goals.

Nicole is Heritage's licensed aesthetician. Nicole has been certified in both classic and volume lash extensions for 4 years. She also has various certifications from being a dermalogica skin expert as well as the hydrafacial, a certification in cosmetic teeth whitening, brow shaping and tinting. As well as training in body sculpting. Her favorite service is doing fillers and Botox with doctor Tulsyan. Nicole enjoys furthering her education with many certification to be able to provide our patients with the latest and best services on the market!

Tina was born in India and moved to the US when she was just 8. Inspired by her mother, Tina embodied the very meaning of resilience and hard work. While in college, Tina held a part-time job as she paid her tuition and saved as much as she could. Soon after graduating with degrees in accounting and finance, Tina leveraged her experience as a mortgage broker to found Heritage Financial Corp in 1993. Since its inception, HFC has been recognized countless times as one of NJ’s most highly rated mortgage companies. Today, Tina continues to manage HFC while dabbling in restaurants, developments, startups, and more. Her latest venture is her role as the CFO of Heritage Wound Care, which was founded by Dr. Nirman Tulsyan to bring innovation and trust to the world of senior living homes.
