About Hair Restoration
PRP for hair loss is a completely non-surgical procedure, with no downtime, expensive surgery, or knives. Not only can PRP re-activate follicles where hair had completely stopped growing, it can also thicken and reinforce existing hair. The growth factors found in the platelets increases blood flow to the hair follicles and attracts stem cells to the area which promotes hair growth.
The injections only take a few minutes for a treatment session and are administered as an in-office procedure with zero downtime. Post-treatment, you can return to your daily activities. PRP hair restoration therapy generally consists of three treatment sessions performed every four weeks, followed by one treatment session every three months until desired results are achieved.
Results are not an overnight event; the effects are usually noticeable after three months but may take up to six months. Platelet Rich Plasma is not a permanent hair restoration method. Once you obtain your desired results, you will still have to visit us at least twice a year for the purpose of maintaining new hair regrowth.
Hair Restoration Treatments
Growth stimulants like Rogaine have become popular medications to treat hair loss. Growth stimulants work to maintain hair in the growth phase but because they do not address the underlying cause of hair loss, they are often combined with DHT inhibitors in a hair restoration treatment plan for men.
Finasteride (Propecia)
Finasteride is a prescription medication that works to reduce the levels of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a derivative of testosterone, suspected to be the main culprit behind androgenic alopecia. On the scalp, DHT shrinks hair follicles to a point where healthy hair cannot survive, resulting in patches of hair loss. Propecia acts to prevent the conversion of testosterone to DHT, thereby blocking the hormonal effects on hair. This medication is known to cause birth defects in developing fetuses and should not be handled by women of childbearing age as it can be absorbed through the skin. In order to see results, this medication must be taken every day as prescribed.
Minoxidil
Minoxidil is a prescription medication that is used off-label to treat hair loss. It works by dilating blood vessels of the scalp to improve circulation and support the hair follicles and their nutritional needs. It also reverses miniaturization of follicles and stimulated follicles to move from the resting to the growth phase. You cannot take this medication if you are already on blood pressure or heart medications. In order to see results, this medication must be used every day as prescribed.
Cetirizine
Cetirizine is an antihistamine medication that blocks the formation and accumulation of inflammation that can occur as a result of stressors and contributes to hair loss. By inhibiting the formation of inflammation with Cetirizine, we can decrease hair loss and facilitate new hair growth. Cetirizine is applied topically to the scalp daily and has been shown to increase total hair density, especially with the thicker hairs on the scalp.
Pepfactor + Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a medical pen with small needles attached to the tip to make tiny holes in the scalp. This procedure enhances the penetration of products into the deeper layers of the skin and thereby improves results. During the procedure, we will use the microneedling pen on the areas of the scalp where you want to see hair growth. After treating the desired areas, PepFactor will be applied. PepFactor is medical grade purified Fibroblast Growth Factor. PepFactor for scalp rejuvenation stimulates the skin to produce new collagen. Collagen in the scalp strengthens the hair follicles and improves hair growth. PepFactor is a natural way to rejuvenate the scalp, has shown the ability to treat up to Stage 5 hair loss and can be used in conjunction with other treatments to encourage hair growth. You can expect to see results (new hair growth) within a few weeks. Treatments are done weekly, typically for three or six weeks.
Prp For Hair Loss
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy offers promising results in regrowing lost hair. It is a minimally invasive procedure with virtually no side effects, allergic reactions, or risks. The procedure uses a purified version of your own blood which is then injected into the scalp. Research has shown that high concentrations of platelets in plasma promote hair growth by prolonging the growth phase of the hair cycle.

Tried this place out as it was recommended by a friend and so glad I did. The Hydrafacial was exactly what my face needed after 6 months of quarantine and mask-wearing. My service was done by a Nurse Practitioner named Saneeha which made the whole experience feel so much more legitimate then just some random day spa. She was super knowledgeable, patient and informative. She even showed me the gunk that came off my face in the vile (i know, TMI). I immediately bought a package to go back monthly for these hydrafacials. The EM Sculpt was a surprisingly a pleasant experience and definitely felt it the next day. Definitely recommend this spot for hands-on and professional care. This is not a bunch of random contractors working on your face and body and they are priced well for that huge advantage!!

I have been lucky enough to have experienced tons of spas including medical spas in the past. Someone I know suggested Heritage because I was looking for a hydrafacial after a long summer spending a lot of time outside. The prices were intriguing especially compared to NYC so I gave it a try. I was obviously a little hesitant about going to a new place during Covid times and I have a ridiculously high standard of cleanliness. This place was immaculate. I actually looked for a misstep in cleaning and couldn't find one. They have HEPA filtering/air cleaning system throughout and the staff were all wearing masks and when treating they were also wearing shields. It's not only clinically clean it was also warm, inviting and the treatment room had that spa feel I like. Saneeha Toor is extremely knowledgeable and I would trust her with any treatments she offers...and there are many, including a brand new EmSculpting machine that intrigued me. The hydrafacial was awesome though and I would highly recommend it to anyone. She will spend time with you before and after and offer any of her own services as well as DIY treatments to keep up with the healthy skin routine. I don't ever write reviews, and I have to say, I was compelled to do so after my visit there because it was so professional, clean, affordable and exceeded my high expectations.
