Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Nirman Tulsyan is a board-certified vascular surgeon. He was born in New York and grew up in New Jersey.  He graduated Valedictorian of his class from Stevens Institute of Technology then attended medical school at the University of Medicine & Dentistry New Jersey. He subsequently completed a General Surgery residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital and a Research & Vascular Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has been providing care to the residents of northern New Jersey for the last fifteen years. He recently opened Heritage Veins & Aesthetics in order to offer state of the art vascular and aesthetic services in the Journal Square area of Jersey City. His focus on advanced minimally invasive vein treatment and medical aesthetics, all provided in a comfortable outpatient setting has attracted patients from New York and cities throughout Northern New Jersey to his facility. He strives to provide patients with access to the latest treatments and technology in a comfortable spa-like setting. Dr. Tulsyan serves as our Medical Director and oversees our team of providers. His goal is to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care and has a pleasant patient experience.
